30 of September '22

Garbage and waste are an integral part of our lives, unfortunately, we very often forget this. Their overproduction is associated with negative consequences for humans and the planet. is it possible to eat on waste?

The use of food waste does not have to be limited to the most popular solution, composting. The_peel Project by Marcelina Komar, a School of Form graduate, is an interesting initiative to recycle bio-waste. The dried, shredded and compressed bio-waste is turned into dishes, boxes or packaging.

what is ceramics made of fly ash?

If nothing dies in nature, it is worth using everything that nature gives us. Such an approach was presented by Mateusz Mioduszewski, who used fly ash from fluidized boilers obtained from the Jaworzno III power plant to create ceramic tiles as part of his diploma at the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice. The designer created tiles and pots from the ash and clay.
