Yareal Polska, in cooperation with the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, is organizing a competition for students and graduates of the Warsaw Academy of Fine Arts' Media Art Department, in which young artists are tasked with creating a design for a large-format sculpture for the space of an office complex in Warsaw designed by HRA Architects.

purpose

The purpose of the competition is to select a design that will become the basis for the realization of a large-format sculpt ure in the space of the LIXA office complex. The sculpture is to blend in with the existing space, be an integral part of it and become an identifying element of the location.
The purpose of the competition is also to promote the didactic achievements of the Faculty of Media Arts of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw and to emphasize the cooperation between business and the art education of Warsaw.

terms and conditions

The competition is a one-stage contest aimed at students of the Media Imaging Studio and graduates of the Faculty of Media Art at the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw.

The task of the competition is to create a design for a large-scale outdoor sculpture on the grounds of the LIXA complex in Warsaw's Wola district.

The rules of the competition are available exclusively in the resources of the Academy of Fine Arts.

competition jury

The jury will consist of representatives of the Academy of Fine Arts in Warsaw, the investor - Yareal Polska, the City of Warsaw, the Wola District and the architects of the LIXA campus, the HRA Architekci studio.
